I am currently accepting commissions to be put in a queue for the upcoming months. Payment is not required up front but an invoice is sent once a design has been approved.
All Deliveries to the UK are free of charge and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service or Tracked and Signed for depending on the order value. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and should arrive with customers within a week of placing their order. Please let me know if you have any concerns with receiving your order. If you have any extra requests for shipping your parcel, please leave us a note after checkout and we'll do our best to help.

All other international shipping is 5 pounds.
Due to Covid-19 there may be a delay in receiving some orders due to limited postal services.
Items that are available in the shop - All cards, wrapping paper, lino prints and note pads are sent out flat in a card backed envelope. All posters are sent out in a postal tube.
For 2021 I aim to be as friendly to the planet as we can be so I won't include a printed receipt with an order unless it is specifically requested. New products and Cards will be in future sent out wrapped in tissue paper instead of a cellophane wallet for protection in the post.
Check out on the shop securely using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to shop. When purchasing items at the checkout you will be automatically prompted with Paypal. If you would like to pay via an alternative method please email me through the Contact Page

Returns & Cancellations:
Please note that I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you are unhappy with your order.
I work very hard in producing my illustration and lino prints and hope you love them as much as I do making them. I hope that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Any order that is lost or to be returned we sadly cannot offer any form of refund or replacement.
A lot of care is taken into packaging your order to ensure that it safely arrives with you however in the unlikely situation that your order arrives damaged please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Some products such as the lino prints that are available on the shop are all individual hand pressed prints and a slight variation is expected as part of the print making process.
If your order sadly doesn't arrive due to an address being incorrect or incomplete then we cannot be held responsible for its loss and will be unable to offer to repost or refund it without a charge. Please make sure you check your address before ordering
I do not share any of your information provided with anyone. Any information collected from you is to complete your order and I will never send you unsolicited information.
